In the figure we illustrated a case when the volume calculation has been performed. The table shows the numerical results corresponding to the Advanced case, showing the highly detailed output. They include not merely a number for the net volume, but also for the cut & fill part, and also a confidence interval.
The cut region is shown in blue, and the border coordinates themselves could be exported back to the total station through an electronic spreadsheet or a flat ASCII file for field working.
